Describe what happened and whether you were playing Ranked or Practice. A screenshot, browser and device name, and the linked museum object page are useful when relevant. For a map-display problem, include the approximate location and zoom level if known. Please do not send a password, Google token, session cookie, or other secret.

Your public username is separate from your Google account name and email address. Include the public username shown in the game when asking about a saved account or leaderboard result. We may ask you to verify ownership while signed in before acting on an account or deletion request.
